We do not accept returns or exchanges. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen payments in the mail either.
PLACING AN ORDER:
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation mail with your final order, total amount to pay and payment details.
*Cash [Well concealled, no coins. US dollars, Euro and British Pounds only. While sending cash in a letter remember to send an ITEMIZED LIST with your payment and shipping address.]
*I.M.O. and checques are not accepted!
-Choosing PayPal as a method of payment we charge online payment fee + 4,5% of total value of your order.
-Choosing bank transfer as a method of payment you will be charged bank fee + 1,5 euro / 2 USD for an order. The fee is stable and it does not depend on the size of an order.

Shipping rates depend on a region of shippment and total weight of ordered items. The system calculates the shipping rates automathicly.
*EUROPE - orders over 200EURO
*NORTH AMERICA & AFRICA - orders over 250EUR or US$350
*SOUTH AMERICA & ASIA - orders over 300EUR or US$400
*AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND - orders o ver 500EUR or US$650
The "free postage" orders are sent via economy registred mail only. If you choose another shipping option you'll be charged difference bewteen price of economy mail and the option you choose.
All orders are being sent during 4 working days after reception of payment. However sharp shipping date is set once order is accepted. We do not ship orders during weekends and holidays in Poland. Orders including "pre-sale" items are being shipped during 4 working days counting from the day all "pre-sale" items are physically available in our shop. The term of availability is always a subject to change.
Please, pay attention that economy mail overseas (North America, South America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand) - boat - takes around 7 - 10 weeks to be delivered (sometimes it can take even a bit longer). Economy mail in Europe takes around 2-3 weeks except Spain and Israel where economy mail sometime takes up to 6-7 weeks. Priority mail takes around 7-10 days everywhere. We recommend choosing priority mail as a method of shipment overseas.
We are shipping via Polish Post worldwide. In most of the European countries we can ship also using DPD (courier).
IMPORTANT: You will receive authomatic confirmation of your order and later on you will be notified once your payment is received and when your order is posted. You can check tracking number of your order(s) in your profile. If there are any problems, questions or comments contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. If a problem pop ups we will contact you as well.
All complaints must be placed during 14 days after your order is received. In case your complaint will be accepted all replacements and / or return of cash will be done during 14 working days counting from the day the complaint was accepted. All complaints must be sent to email@example.com.
We are not responsible for damages caused during transportation. All complaints about packages damaged during transportation must be made while receiving a shippment to the representative of the company delivering the package. If your package was received without complaint we will not accept your futher complaint.
Placing an order in our webshop means that you accept all rules and conditions of ordering set on the website in the regulations above.

Premium account is being granted if sum of your orders during one callendar year is equal 500 euro, 700 usd or higher.
Premium accounts are being granted manually. Having such an account you are being granted a discount for all of your orders placed in Agonia Records Webstore. You will be notified about the amount of granted discount authomatically. The amount of discount depends on the total of your order. The discount refers to all products included in the premium account system. You can find such information in description of all items in the webstore. The discount does not refer to shipping costs, bank fees and paypal fees.
